About The Ceramic Water Filter Purifier |

300 microns. *The ceramic filter traps sediment, dirt, and other contaminants, debris, cysts and bacteria *The life of the filter is approximately 6 months for a family of 4. *The approximate flow/drip rate is 1 gallon an hour. |

The surface of the ceramic dome consists of millions of pores that measure 0.2 to 0.5 micron in diameter, while most bacteria is 0.5 to 1.0 microns in size. The ceramic filter dome sits in the top holding bucket. When contaminated dirty water passes through the pores in the ceramic filter, it will trap dirt, debris, contaminants and bacteria before the water passes to the "clean" side of the filter into the bottom bucket. |

Get any 3 or 5
gallon bucket with 2 lids from any
hardware store.
Make sure the bucket has the number 2 within a triangle on the
bottom...this is safe for drinking water. The bottom clear water
container (shown above) with spigot is
from Wal-Mart. Drill a 3/8" hole in bucket bottom and in one lid...Drill a 1/16" hole near the top of the bucket rim to prevent vapor lock. Attach filter as seen above. |
